According to Interbrand, the 2021 car market leader is Toyota, which is outperforming Mercedes-Benz and BMW. It is important to remember that this is not a premiere for Toyota, it enjoyed the same distinction in 2020 as well.

Even so, it is important to remember that only Toyota and Mercedes-Benz are car manufacturers in a global brand ranking dominated by companies in the technology spectrum.

According to Interbrand estimates, in 2021, the Toyota brand is estimated at approximately $ 54.1 billion, an increase of 5% compared to the level of 2020. In the overall top, Toyota occupies the position of apt.

Mercedes Benz, in eighth place in the general classification, is in second place in the car chapter. At the moment, the German premium brand is worth $ 50.86 billion, up 3% from 2020. Significantly lower in the overall top, BMW occupies the third position in the ranking of car brands. The makers of the top estimate that it would have a value of 41.56 billion dollars in terms of the brand, increasing by 5% compared to 2020.

The most impressive increase in the same top is illustrated by Tesla, up 184% from 2020, to $ 36.27 billion. It advanced 26 places in the general top, up to 14. The rest, in terms of cars, we have in the top 10 – Honda ($ 21.31 billion), Hyundai (15.16 billion. USD), Audi (USD 13.47 billion), Volkswagen (USD 13.42 billion), Ford (USD 12.86 billion) and Porsche (USD 11.73 billion).
